Delivery areas

We currently deliver to addresses in Austria and Germany. No delivery method is offered at checkout for other countries.

Delivery charges

Austria: standard delivery €5.90
Germany: standard delivery €7.90
Free standard delivery to Austria and Germany from a qualifying goods value of €47.00 after discounts.

The charge displayed at checkout for the specific delivery address is authoritative. Only one available delivery method is charged per order.

Delivery time

Usual delivery time is 5–7 business days from formation of the contract or, for advance payment, receipt of payment. Any different period is shown on the product page or at checkout. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, the customer receives a link by email. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. We can consider address changes only before the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Damage and loss

Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report visible damage where possible to both the carrier and info@canefelis.com. A delayed report does not limit statutory warranty rights. If a parcel appears lost, we will assist with the carrier investigation.
