Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received; for goods delivered in several parts, when the final part is received.

It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed.

We use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send or hand the goods back to EKJ GmbH, Siezenheimer Straße 40, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed. This exclusion does not apply automatically to all opened pet food; the statutory conditions must be met for the specific product.

Voluntary 30-day returns

In addition to the statutory right, we voluntarily accept unused, unopened and undamaged goods in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact info@canefelis.com first. The customer bears return costs. This policy does not restrict statutory rights or periods.
