Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on delivery country, device, currency, order value and individual eligibility, checkout displays only the methods currently available.

Enabled payment methods

• Credit and debit cards
• Klarna
• EPS
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Link by Stripe
• Amazon Pay

PayPal and SEPA Direct Debit are not currently enabled as separate payment methods.

Payment due and authorisation

Unless checkout states otherwise, the total is due when the contract is formed. The payment provider may require authorisation, additional authentication or an eligibility check. If payment is declined, the order is not accepted until payment succeeds, or processing may be suspended.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, the amount due is charged to the saved method at the start of each billing period. Term and cancellation details are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Security and refunds

Full card or bank details are not stored on our servers. Refunds are generally made to the original payment method. Canefelis does not charge an additional fee for the payment methods offered.
