Canefelis Partner Programme Terms

1. Programme operator

The programme is operated by EKJ GmbH, Siezenheimerstrasse 40, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, company register number FN 646006 i, Landesgericht Salzburg. Canefelis is a brand of EKJ GmbH.

2. Eligibility and approval

Adults and legal entities may apply, including influencers, content creators, companies and dog or cat salons. An application does not guarantee acceptance. EKJ GmbH may verify identity, business and tax information and request further evidence.

3. Coupons and the 20 percent rule

Each partner coupon combines a benefit for the end customer and a commission for the distributor. The total of both parts may not exceed 20 percent.

A coupon becomes valid only after approval and activation. No more than one partner coupon may be used per order. A distributor’s own purchase does not generate commission.

4. Commission calculation

Commission is calculated at the approved rate on the net product value after the coupon discount. Tax, shipping and non-eligible items are excluded from the commission base.

The rate valid at checkout is stored with the order. Cancelled, failed or fully refunded orders generate no commission. Partial refunds reduce the base proportionally. A refund after payout may be recorded as a negative adjustment in the next statement.

5. Maturity and payouts

Commission becomes available after the hold period if the order has not been cancelled or refunded. The portal is currently configured for a 14-day hold period and a minimum payout of EUR 50.

The distributor is responsible for accurate bank and tax details. Payout status and bank references are recorded in the portal. The portal does not perform an automatic bank transfer.

6. Tax and invoicing

The distributor is responsible for their own registrations, income reporting, taxes, social contributions and invoices where applicable. EKJ GmbH may request documents required for a lawful payout.

The final invoicing or self-billing process must be confirmed with the tax adviser before applications open.

7. Advertising and brand rules

The commercial cooperation and affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed under applicable law and the rules of each platform.

Only approved Canefelis materials and verifiable information from official product declarations may be used. Health or therapeutic claims, inaccurate origin claims, statements such as “100% meat”, “number one”, “the best” or “scientifically proven” without specific written approval and a legal basis, misleading discounts, fake reviews and undisclosed advertising are prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

Canefelis logos, photographs and copy remain the property of EKJ GmbH or licensed materials. Permission is limited to an active partnership, approved purposes and may be withdrawn.

9. Suspension and termination

EKJ GmbH may suspend or terminate an account or coupon in cases of abuse, inaccurate information, misleading communication, self-purchases, increased refund risk, legal risk or harm to the brand. Undisputed commission that has become due will be settled under the applicable rules.

10. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Bank and tax data are stored in encrypted form in the partner portal. Financial records may be retained for statutory periods.

11. Points to approve before opening

The following points are not yet final: governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, treatment of natural persons who may participate as consumers, invoicing or self-billing model, specific retention periods and the list of recipients and data processors.
